Brazil is present for the 23rd consecutive year in the largest pharmaceutical industry fair in the world
CPhI Worldwide, the leading global pharmaceutical trade fair, has hosted over 2,500 exhibitors from 153 countries from October 9-11 in the city of Madrid, Spain.
The Brazilian Pavilion, organized by the Brazilian Pharma & Health (BPH) sector project, resulted from the partnership established between Abiquifi (Brazilian Pharmaceutical Products Association) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments). event, representing all segments of the industry.
Participating in CPhI Worldwide is a great opportunity to establish new business relationships, meet with global partners, and learn about industry news and trends. The growing participation of the Brazilian laboratories in the event is one of the great achievements of this action, contributing to increase the visibility of the national industry and to reinforce the competence and the quality of the companies that operate in Brazil. In this edition of 2018, for the first time, the Brazilian Pavilion will occupy two spaces, one in the aréa focused on pharmaceutical inputs (booth 6F50), and another in the area of ??finished products (booth 14.0G70).
This year's edition was attended by three representatives of ANVISA, Mr. Renato Alencar Porto - Director of Sanitary Regulation, Mrs. Alessandra Bastos - Director of Sanitary Authorization and Registration (Diare) and Mr. Raphael Sanches - Deputy General Manager of Management General for Medicines and Biological Products (GGMED).
In addition, CPhI has brought a breakthrough for the biotechnology sector with bioLIVE, an area especially geared towards this segment, which promises to bring together biotechnology companies, large pharmaceuticals and service providers.
